Our team has many years of experience in implementing information systems, process automation, and e-commerce projects. We have all held various roles on both the supplier and customer sides. This has helped us understand where our added value lies.

On the customer side, there is often a lack of experience with large-scale projects, and no one is prepared for the number of changes and tasks beyond their regular work that such projects bring. Over time, knowledge will be added within the project, and the company's hidden human potential will usually emerge. However, at the beginning, the difference in approach between the supplier and the customer is so significant that both sides can get lost. The customer is unable to define what they want, and preparation of materials or decisions takes a long time. Another difficulty is that the supplier does not "speak" the same language and usually requires precise specifications or decisions that will affect the company's operations for many years to come.

That's why we decided to build our service on the basis of help, addition of capacities and knowledge especially on the customer side. We want to enable our customers to be an equal partner to their suppliers.
